2D Floor Plans

At InVision Media & Marketing, we believe in providing accurate and affordable floor plans as part of a high-quality service. Floor plans can be added to any service or package for an add-on price of £45, giving guests or buyers a clear view of your property’s layout and flow.

For larger properties exceeding 450 square meters, an additional charge of £35 per 225 square meters applies. If the total area is unknown at the time of booking, this will be calculated and reflected on the final invoice.

If you only require a floor plan without other services, our standalone 2D floor plan option is available for £65. Standard additional charges for larger properties still apply. We take pride in keeping our services transparent and cost-effective, while ensuring every client receives the best possible results.

Fixed Furniture | Add-On

For 2D floor plans, there is the option to add fixed furniture, including built-in elements such as kitchen units, bathroom fixtures, wardrobes, and door swings. This creates a more complete and accurate representation of your property, showing how each room is practically arranged.

Including fixed furniture conveys a clearer sense of flow and spatial planning, helping guests or buyers understand how the space functions day to day. For rentals, it highlights the practicality of kitchens and bathrooms, while for sales it provides greater clarity on layout and usability.

The cost to add fixed furniture is £20 per floor plan, charged at a fixed rate regardless of property size. We recommend this enhancement for apartments, compact homes, or premium rentals where layout clarity makes a real difference in attracting interest.

3D Floor Plans

InVision Media & Marketing also offers stunning 3D floor plans featuring high-resolution renders and realistic finishes. These visually striking plans showcase the elegance and flow of a property, making them ideal for premium holiday rentals, luxury homes, and high-end private listings.

Pricing for 3D floor plans starts at £195 for properties up to 450 square meters. For larger properties, an additional £70 per 225 square meters applies. If the total area is unknown at the time of booking, this will be calculated and clearly reflected on the final invoice.

Displayed Information Options

At InVision Media & Marketing, we offer flexibility in how information is displayed on your floor plans. You can choose to show metric measurements, imperial measurements, or both, depending on your preference or the needs of your audience.

While we recommend displaying both units for maximum clarity, it’s important to balance detail with readability. The more information shown, the more precise the plan will be, but in smaller rooms like bathrooms, this can create overlap. To avoid this, we may need to rotate or reduce text, which can affect clarity when plans are uploaded online (as compression often reduces sharpness).

To ensure floor plans remain crisp and professional, every plan is delivered in 4K resolution at 300 DPI, suitable for both digital use and high-quality printing. Each plan also includes total area calculations in your chosen measurement(s), along with a simplified version showing only room names, perfect for marketing holiday rentals, private sales, or Airbnb listings where a clean, easy-to-read layout works best.

This dual-format approach ensures you have both a detailed reference and a presentation-friendly version, helping your property stand out while keeping information clear and accessible.

If you’d like to customise the look and feel of your floor plan, we offer a selection of pre-designed colour schemes to choose from, whether you’re aiming for something modern, minimal, bold, or elegant.
